WHAT IS INDUCTION HEATING:
Induction heating is an efficient way to quickly heat electrically conductive metals with pinpoint accuracy. The process is used in manufacturing plants in the aerospace, automotive, construction, power generation and medical device industrial sectors among others.
Two basic things for induction heating to occur:
- A changing magnetic field
- An electrically conductive material placed into the magnetic field

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE INDUCTION HEATING MACHINE:
Controllability of the process
- Unlike a traditional gas furnace, the induction system does not require preheating or controlled shutdowns. It emits heat at the moment it is needed. Along with the benefits of rapid availability, there is the ability to switch off the power in the event of a downstream interruption, saving energy and preventing component scaling.
Energy efficiency
- The components transfer heat very efficiently due to the heat they generate inside. Induction heaters only heat the part they are attached to, not the surrounding area.
Fast temperature rise
- High power density ensures an extremely rapid temperature rise. In addition to reducing scale, surface defects and undesirable effects on the surface metallurgy are reduced. In the meanwhile, oxidation is prevented during the hot forming operation.
Extremely consistent heating
- The induction heating technique provides extremely uniform heating in the production. As a result, forging accuracy is improved, post-forging machining allowances are reduced, and die life may be prolonged.
