Product Advantage:
1) The SHIM5080YH road truck mounted asphalt patch plant is remanufactured on the basis of the chassis which is well known in domestic market. It could automatically elevate to feed stones and materials.
2) 800 litre bitumen heating/storage tank with drum decanting facility. Bitumen tank is heated by G20 Riello automatic diesel burner. The storage tank is heated by heating transfer oil. Operated by electric barrel hoist for lifting barrels into the drum holder.
3) 0.3m3 capacity, contra-rotating mixer with hard wearing removable steel liners and paddles, shafts are mounted in bearings and driven directly from electric motor. Button operated outlet door for rapid discharge of mixed material.
