Product Description and Application
Hiperco 50 is also known as Hiperco 50,AFK502,Supermendur, 1J22 iron cobalt alloy
Hiperco 50 has high saturation magnetic induction, which is suitable for manufacturing aircraft and instrument components requiring small volume and light weight. Among the existing soft magnetic materials, it has the highest saturation magnetic induction intensity (2.4T), the Curie point is also high (980℃) and the saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60 ~ 100×10-6) is the maximal. Because of the high saturation magnetic induction intensity, it can can greatly reduce the volume when produce the same power of the motor and can create a large suction force when making an electromagnet in the same cross-sectional area . Because of the high Curie point, the alloy can work at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized and maintain good magnetic stability
