Product Description and Application
NC22DNb Similar name: 2.4856,UNS N06625, NC22DNb, GH3625
NC22DNb is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy with chromium, molybdenum and niobium as the main solid solution strengthened elements. The maximum operating temperature is 950℃. Excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in oxidation and reduction environment, excellent point corrosion resistance and crevice corrosion resistance, and no stress corrosion cracking caused by chloride, excellent corrosion resistance to inorganic acids, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and the mixed acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc. Excellent resistance to the corrosion of various inorganic acid mixed solution, temperature up to 40℃, in all concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution can show good corrosion resistance, good workability and weldability, no cracking sensitivity after welding, with the wall temperature of -196 ~ 450℃ pressure vessel manufacturing certification, used in organic chemical processes containing chloride.
