Product Description and Application
Incoloy800 is also known as Alloy 800, Incoloy 800H, Incoloy 800HT 800. Alloy 800, Incoloy 800 H and Incoloy 800HT. 800 alloys typically contain 15% to 25% chromium, 30% to 45% nickel, small number of aluminum and titanium. From high temperature by rapid cooling, it is in the single austenite zone, so its service state is single austenite structure. It has more chromium and sufficient nickel, so it has higher temperature corrosion resistance, which is widely used in industry. In an aqueous solution of chloride, low concentration of NaOH and high temperature & pressure water, it has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, so used in the manufacture of equipment resistant to stress corrosion cracking.
