H65(C2680) Brass , a copper-zinc alloy, is equivalent to C26800 in ASTM. Brass is a type of copper alloy hat contains copper and zinc. It is the most extensively used high precision copper alloy.
Brass has excellent dynamics properties, physical properties, high electrical and heat conductivity, and high corrosion resistance.
This material is mainly used for radiator fins, radio frequency cable,transformer,lead frame,copper cladding aluminum, water heater exchanger, automotive manufacturers.
CuZn35(UNS C26800):Lead-free brass, optimized for cold forming.This alloy is recommended for stamping and deep drawing. In contrast, it is not recommended for hot forming and its machinability is poor as compared with leaded brass. The electrical conductivity is 27% IACS.
CuZn36(UNS C27000) is the major brass alloy for the cold forming process. Even though brasses with lower Zinc content have better cold forming properties, CuZn36 is the most used alloy. Reasons for this are on the one hand economical due to lower price of Zinc compared to Copper, on the other hand the forming properties of this alloy meet the demand of many applications.
CZ107-Lead Free Brass Rod.These rod are also known as Reverting Quality Brass Rod and is mainly used in blanking, riveting , bending, hot forging, watch case and belts, etc.
