Main equipment:
Raw material gas compressor, pretreatment system, refrigerant compressor, liquefied cold box.
Applicable gas source:
Unconventional gas such as natural gas, coalbed methane, shale gas, flare gas, methane, biogas ,etc.
1. Low energy consumption for liquefaction, and low energy consumption mixed coolant refrigeration process (MRC) is preferred;
2. The process is mature and reliable, the process organization is advanced, and the operation and maintenance is simple. Only 3 operators are needed in one shift, and the start-up time is fast, and the time from start-up to product production is less than 3 hours;
3. High degree of integration. All of them are skid mounted, with small number of skids and small floor area.
4. Independent mechanical and electrical connection technology is adopted for the connection between skids, which is convenient and fast for installation, without welding on site, with good mobility and short installation period (20-50 days). Advanced system configuration, complete functions, priority to reliability, and reliable products are used for pipe fittings.
5. With remote diagnosis function, the response to user fault can be reduced to 1 hour through remote real-time data transmission;
6. The control cabin is adopted. The instrument and electric control cabinets are all placed in the cabin. The air conditioner is equipped in the cabin to meet the use requirements of electronic components. It is explosion-proof and easy to move.
7. DCS control technology and TCP / IP communication protocol are adopted. Compared with modbus, TCP / IP communication protocol has the advantages of wide utilization range, long communication distance and high speed.
