1. Q:What is main business of company ?
A: Our main business is in sales of FANUC products. We have many parts in stock.

2. Q:Do you have testing machines ,and how long is lead time?
A:We have wonderful testing machines and all parts will be 100% tested ok before shipment. If parts are in stock, the lead time
usually is 1-2 days.

3. Q: How long is warranty?
A: 3 months warranty for used parts and 1 year warranty for the new parts.If you receive unworkable parts , you can return it back
to us within 10 days, we pay come-and-go shipping fees.

4. Q:How is packing?
A:We use foam board to protect ,use carton to pack,we also will customize wooden box for packing if necessary.

5. Q: Which payment ways and Express could you accept?
1.Payment: T/T, Paypal, Credit Card.
2.Express: FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for undelivered address.
