Roller crushers are available in coarse and fine configurations. Coarse crushers process materials to approximately 5mm, while fine roller crushers achieve 3mm particle size. The GS800 model delivers superior performance with 2mm or smaller particle output, ensuring smooth brick surfaces and consistent quality.

The GS800 roller crusher features two rollers driven by separate motors via V-belts. One roller is fixed in position with adjustment bolts, while the other's bearing base is spring-loaded for movement along rails. The counter-rotating rollers efficiently crush materials to the desired size, with automatic scrapers cleaning adhesive materials - all operations conducted without manual intervention.
