Working Principle
After the cutting machine processes bricks, they are pushed onto the grouping belt/system. The cutting machine and grouping system coordinate to separate bricks according to pre-set modes. The Auto Setting Machine then descends to pick up bricks, moves to position above kiln cars, and lowers grippers to place bricks layer by layer. The system then returns to its original position for the next stacking cycle. Grippers can be flexibly customized based on kiln section dimensions and stacking requirements.
