Working Principle
The process begins with mud columns being cut into brick pieces by vertical cutting devices. Wet bricks are then pushed onto grouping systems and transferred to pallets on loading frames. Forklifts transport loaded frames to drying chambers, then to unloading positions where pallets are systematically removed. Dried bricks undergo re-grouping before robot stacking machines place them onto kiln cars for the firing process in tunnel kilns.
