This automated brick manufacturing system produces various brick types including out-wall decoration bricks with smooth surfaces and uniform colors, and inner-wall construction bricks with higher strength characteristics. The system supports natural gas or coal powder fuel systems with specific tube distribution mechanisms.

Custom-designed wooden crates with cushioning materials protect the machine during transit. Vacuum sealing provides additional protection against moisture and dust. Each crate is clearly labeled with model and serial numbers for easy identification.
The system produces both out-wall decoration bricks (face bricks) with smooth surfaces and inner-wall construction bricks with enhanced strength. Brick size, shape, and hole rate can be customized according to client production requirements.
