Double stage vacuum extruder can be divided into two parts, upper part and bottom part. Upper part is mixing and vacuum part, achieved by mixing shaft and vacuum pump. Two Type pump are available, water-ring pump and oil-ring pump. Advise water-ring pump for foreigner customers to avoid oil model problem. Bottom part is for extruding. Whole machine adopts full steel welded structure, with floating shaft and anti-wearing bushing/lining. According to different capacity requirements, we provides JKY50/50-35, JY55/55-40, JKY60/60-40, JKY65/65-40, JKY70 and JKY75 for choice.
