Amplifier board has current sound and noise during use
Common causes: Poor power supply filtering, poor input signal quality, low-quality input cables, improper wiring connections, or shared power supply with other devices causing interference.
No sound output or no sound in one channel
Check: Speaker functionality, speaker cable connections, input cable quality and connections, proper output from connected input devices.
Volume broken and breaking sound when turned loud
Possible causes: Insufficient power input, poor speaker performance or damage, incorrect speaker power rating, or improper channel connections.
Speaker broken sound when subwoofer volume turned loud
Check: Power supply adequacy, speaker power rating compatibility, speaker bass performance quality, and speaker box structure.
Volume power not sufficient
Power output depends on: Power supply voltage, sound source signal amplitude, and speaker impedance. Any deficiency in these areas will affect performance.
Will the amplifier be damaged?
Risk factors: Reverse power supply polarity, excessive voltage beyond operating limits, direct AC transformer connection (requires DC conversion), incorrect wiring connections, or short circuits.
