PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Continuous spray type sterilization and cooling machine is innovatively designed and manufactured by Qihong Company. The products are sterilized and cooled by three processing stages such as steam spray or circulated hot water spray sterilization, circulated warm water precooling and chilled water spray cooling. The machines is equipped with following mechanisms as: stainless steel frame, imported Italian special high temperature resistant network chain, and stepless speed adjustment system. It’s applicable for the sterilization of such foodstuff as tomato ketchup, fruit and vegetable juice beverage, pickles, kraut, preserved szechuan pickle, potherb, jam, bean products, etc., packaged by such containers as metal cans, galss bottles, PET bottles, PET bags.
