The automatic resistance seam welding machine produced by Jiayuan is applicable to the welding of three-piece tank bodies such as food tank, beverage tank, milk powder tank, aerosol tank and chemical paint tank

1. The electrical control system adopts full digital operation, human-machine interface, PLC and servo control system, and advanced programmable terminal to fully monitor the equipment operation, so as to realize the automatic diagnosis and detection function of conventional faults
2. Multi-level roundness kneading and forming function, with stable roundness performance
3. A new generation of original electronic adjustable high-frequency welding inverter power supply controller is adopted, with flexible and beautiful welds
4. The double-finger lateral servo tank feeding form and linkage servo tank driving mechanism are adopted. The feeding frame is provided with triangular linear guide rail (synchronously adjusted in width and height), which is convenient and fast to replace the tank type
5. Important parts are made of wear-resistant ceramic and imported hard alloy
