- Single wall tank, working volume 6000L, and gross volume of 6500L.
- Tank made of 316L stainless steel, sanitary polishing, dome thickness of 8mm, shell thickness of 6mm.
- Frame & blade type mixer, double mixer, Danfoss frequency speed control.
- Guomao motor & reducer, with power of 11Kw/9.0Kw.
- Equipped with man way, tomato paste inlet & outlet, auxiliary material inlet, hot water inlet, CIP port, sample port, and one port for standby.
- Removable grid at man way
- Preparing at normal temperature
