Product Overview

Structure and Principle
The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge operates through continuous centrifugal separation. The drum and spiral rotate at high speed in the same direction, creating a centrifugal force field that separates heavier solid phases from lighter liquid phases.
Working Principle
Material enters through the feeding tube into the conveying screw inner cylinder, accelerates, and enters the rotating drum. Solid phases deposit on the drum wall while liquid phases form an inner liquid ring that overflows through discharge ports.
