High-performance 3-phase decanter centrifuge designed for efficient vegetable oil separation and 2-phase palm oil processing. This fully automatic industrial centrifuge offers large capacity continuous operation for food fermentation and oil extraction applications.
Structure and Working Principle
Centrifuge Type
Horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge - a continuous operation, high-efficiency centrifugal separation and dehydration equipment with horizontal spiral discharge.
Working Principle
The drum and spiral rotate at high speed in the same direction. Material enters through the feeding tube, accelerates in the inner cylinder, and enters the rotating drum where centrifugal force separates heavier solid phases from lighter liquid phases.
Solid phases deposit on the drum wall and are continuously pushed to the discharge port, while liquid phases form an inner ring and overflow through liquid discharge ports. Continuous feeding, separation, washing, and discharge operations occur at full speed.
