Horizontal Spiral Sedimentation Centrifuge
This horizontal screw centrifuge is a continuous operation, high-efficiency centrifugal separation and dehydration equipment featuring horizontal spiral discharge.

Ideal for dewatering sludge in industrial and civil sewage treatment, with extensive use in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection industries.
Working Principle
The drum and spiral rotate at high speed in the same direction. Material enters through the feeding tube into the conveying screw inner cylinder, then accelerates into the rotating drum. Under centrifugal force, heavier solid phases form sediment layers on the drum wall while lighter liquid phases create inner liquid rings that overflow through discharge ports.
