Industrial Decanter Centrifuge for Food Processing
High-performance horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge designed for continuous separation of liquid-solid mixtures in food, chemical, and industrial applications.
Working Principle
The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge operates through continuous high-speed rotation where the drum and spiral rotate in the same direction. Material enters through the feeding tube into the inner cylinder, accelerates into the rotating drum, and separates under centrifugal force. Solid phases deposit on the drum wall while liquid phases form an inner ring that overflows through discharge ports.
