Fully automatic large capacity decanter centrifuge designed for food fermentation and industrial separation applications.
Structure and Operating Principle
The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge (horizontal screw centrifuge) is a continuous operation centrifugal separation and dehydration equipment featuring horizontal spiral discharge.

Application Scope
Ideal for dewatering sludge in industrial and civil wastewater treatment, plus applications in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, environmental protection, and light industries.
Working Principle
The drum and spiral rotate at high speed in the same direction. Material enters through the feeding tube into the conveying screw inner cylinder, accelerates into the rotating drum, and separates under centrifugal force. Solid phases form sediment layers on the drum wall and are discharged through slag ports, while liquid phases form inner rings and exit through liquid discharge ports. Continuous feeding, separation, washing, and discharge occur at full speed.
