High-performance horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge designed for continuous operation in food processing, wastewater treatment, and industrial applications.
Working Principle
The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge operates through continuous high-speed rotation where the drum and spiral rotate in the same direction. Material enters through the feeding tube, accelerates into the rotating drum, and separates under centrifugal force.
Separation Process
- Solid phase deposits form sediment layers on drum walls
- Spiral conveyor continuously pushes solids to discharge ports
- Liquid phase forms inner liquid ring and exits through overflow ports
- Continuous feeding, separation, washing, and discharge at full speed
