Structure and Principle
The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge, also known as horizontal screw centrifuge, is a continuous operation high-efficiency centrifugal separation and dehydration equipment with horizontal spiral discharge.

Scope of Application
Suitable for dewatering sludge in industrial and civil sewage treatment, and widely used in chemical, light industry, food, environmental protection, and related industries.
Working Principle
The drum and spiral rotate at high speed in the same direction. Material is continuously introduced into the conveying screw inner cylinder via feeding tube, then enters the rotating drum after acceleration. Under centrifugal force, heavier solid phase deposits form sediment layers on drum walls. The conveying screw continuously pushes deposited solids to the cone end for discharge, while lighter liquid phases form inner liquid rings that overflow through liquid discharge ports.
