Product Overview
Fully automatic large capacity decanter centrifuge designed specifically for food fermentation applications, featuring continuous operation and high-efficiency separation capabilities.
Structure and Operation Principle
This horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge operates through continuous centrifugal separation and dehydration. The drum and spiral rotate at high speed in the same direction, creating a centrifugal force field that separates heavier solid phases from lighter liquid phases.
Working Principle
Material enters through the feeding tube into the conveying screw inner cylinder, accelerates into the rotating drum where solids deposit on the drum wall. The spiral continuously pushes solids to the discharge port while liquids form an inner ring and overflow through liquid discharge ports.
