The centrifugal separator operates through a high-speed rotating bowl driven by a main motor via friction clutch and screw gear pair. Stock liquid enters through the center charging inlet, flows downward through charging pipes and disc seats into the bowl space. Solid particles settle to the bowl wall under centrifugal force and discharge through residue outlets, while liquid phases move toward the center along discs and discharge via centripetal pump.
