Industrial 3-Phase Separation Decanter Centrifuge
High-performance horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge designed for continuous operation in industrial-scale oil extraction and separation applications.
Working Principle
The horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge operates with the drum and spiral rotating at high speed in the same direction. Material enters through the feeding tube, accelerates into the rotating drum, and separates under centrifugal force.
Heavier solid phases form sediment layers on the drum wall, while lighter liquid phases create inner liquid rings that overflow through discharge ports.
