The roller, milk bowl, water outlet, disc, motor housing, and bowl bracket are all manufactured from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. The core separation device utilizes high-quality brass, while high-wear-resistant carbon brushes and high-speed bearings ensure long-term durability.
Operating at 10500 rpm, this separator achieves thorough cream separation with skimmed milk fat content below 0.03%. With a capacity of 50 liters per hour (13 gallons per hour), it provides an effective solution for dairy farms and is ideal for cow and goat milk processing.
This centrifugal separator efficiently separates milk into cream and skimmed milk, suitable for various dairy products including goat milk. The cream/skimmed milk volume ratio is adjustable to meet specific processing requirements.
Utilizing high-speed centrifugal force generated by the centrifuge, this system separates fat from milk. During operation, milk enters the centrifuge where skimmed milk is thrown against the machine wall, moves upward along the wall, and is discharged from the fat outlet, while skimmed milk or single cream exits through its designated outlet.

- Align the container bottom hole with the electric separator and rotate until fully installed (indicated by clicking sound)
- Securely attach the skimmed milk outlet and cream outlet to the container below
- Ensure three convex points face downward during installation
- After milk separation, pour approximately half of the skimmed milk back into the milk pot container to clean residual milk fat
- After cleaning butterfat, allow motor to run for 1 minute before turning off power and disconnecting cord
- Install cream nozzle, funnel nozzle, and funnel in sequence, then place milk pot container and metal rod
- Ensure milk container switch (metal rod) is closed before use (clockwise rotation closes, anticlockwise opens)
