Roller, milk bowl, water outlet, disc, motor housing and bowl bracket constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. Core separation device utilizes high-quality brass components with high wear-resistant carbon brushes and high-speed bearings for extended durability.
Operating at 10500 rpm for thorough cream separation. Processes 50 liters per hour (13 gallons per hour) with skimmed milk fat content below 0.03%. Features adjustable cream/skimmed milk volume control.
Suitable for milk and whey cream skimming, clarification of milk and whey, bacteria removal from dairy products, cream concentration, and standardization of milk, cream and whey cream. Compatible with various dairy products including goat milk.
Utilizes high-speed centrifugal force to separate fat from milk. During operation, skimmed milk is thrown to the machine wall and moves upward along the wall, discharging from the fat outlet while skimmed milk or single cream discharges from its respective outlet.

- Ensure separator is placed on stable surface
- Immediately stop and check if abnormal noise occurs during operation
- Always tighten separating bowl nut properly
- Never attempt to stop rotating bowl by hand
- Clean and wipe machine immediately after use
- Professional inspection required if speed decreases or fails to meet requirements
- Prohibit minors from operating the machine
- Observe electrical safety protocols to prevent accidents
- Prepare all milk cream separator components
- Align container bottom hole with electric separator and rotate until fully installed
- Attach skimmed milk mouth and cream mouth to container below
- Ensure three convex points face downward during installation
- Pour skimmed milk back for residual fat cleaning
- Run motor for 1 minute after separation completion
- Turn off power and disconnect power cord
- Assemble cream nozzle, funnel nozzle and funnel in sequence
