Production Process
Step 1: Use hoist to convey preform to the preform feeding system.
Step 2: Use manipulator to place preform on the preform holder.
Step 3: Through chain conveyor, transport preform to heating system for uniform heating in the oven.
Step 4: Complete sealing, stretching, and bottle blowing in the blowing system.
Step 5: Use manipulator for automatic bottle removal.
Final: Complete bottle blowing process.
