The ZL-1B Stainless Steel Suppository Production Line delivers automated filling and sealing processes with precision engineering for pharmaceutical manufacturing applications.
This automated production line provides stable and efficient filling, sealing, and finishing processes with a production capacity of 1000-1500 pieces per hour.
Features one-time molding suppository embedded type filling with ±2% filling accuracy. The material barrel includes electric heating insulation system and top-mounted uniform mixing machine. High precision VAT filling pump transfers drugs to filling head, with material recycling for continuous operation.
After filling, suppositories enter the sealing area through three stages: preheating mold, heating mold, and sealing die with batch number marking.
Cooled solid suppositories undergo multiple finishing operations including preheating, sealing, batch marking, triangle knife edge cutting, dotted line knife cutting, hob trimming, and counting shear.
