Operating Principle
Powder materials are loaded into the fluidized bed where cold air enters through the heating chamber. After filtration and heating to the required temperature (ambient to 120°C), the heated air enters the fluidized bed, causing material particles to achieve boiling fluidization. Adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed, causing particle aggregation into adhesive particles. Continuous hot air drying evaporates moisture content, solidifying the adhesive and forming uniform, multi-microporous spherical particles through repeated processing cycles.

The complete system includes air inlet filtration, air heating, main host system, feeding and atomizing systems, exhaust system, and comprehensive control system.
