Operating Principle
Powder materials enter the fluidized bed where pre-heated, filtered air creates a boiling fluidization state. Adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed, causing particle aggregation. Continuous hot air drying evaporates moisture and solidifies the adhesive, forming uniform multi-microporous spherical particles through repeated cycles.
