The GQ type tubular centrifuge is engineered for separating challenging suspensions, particularly those with:

• Clarifying fluids: glucose chlorhexidine, malic acid, oral solutions

The tubular centrifuge separator operates at high speeds with exceptional separation capacity. Key components include:

• Machine body
• Driving mechanism
• Bowl assembly
• Liquid collecting pan
• Liquid-in bearing seat

For clarification applications: Heavy solids accumulate on the bowl's inner wall as sludge, requiring manual discharge after machine shutdown. Clear liquid exits through the top outlet. Power transmission occurs via motor-driven belt system to the spindle, enabling clockwise high-speed rotation.

The bowl serves as the centrifuge's core component, constructed entirely from stainless steel. Post-separation solids require manual removal. A three-wing assembly must be properly installed before operation.

Available with standard or explosion-proof motor options. Standard configuration: 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase, 2.2kW. Customizable voltage options include 220V or 415V, with 50Hz or 60Hz frequency, and single or two-phase power supply.

Raw material enters through the bottom inlet. All liquid-contact surfaces utilize stainless steel 304, with optional 316 stainless steel available. Compatible with pump systems or gravity-fed high-low position tanks.

The GQ tubular centrifuge functions as a two-phase solid-liquid separator with a single liquid outlet. Users connect one pipe to this outlet, while accumulated solids require manual removal from the bowl.
