FL series vertical fluidized dryer is currently widely used in the world drying equipment, is a set of mixing and drying in the same closed container completed at a time.
Suitable for mixing and drying of powder materials. Widely used in food, chemical industry and other fields.
All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, sealed by rubber inflatable sealing ring,
the size of particles can be controlled by two-flow spray gun.
Mixing and drying concentrated in the same closed container to complete, fast and efficient operation, and avoid rabbit dust flying, leakage and pollution.
The machine have beautiful shape, small wind resistance, no dead angle, easy to clean.
The powder material used for pelleting is put into a fluidized bed, and the cold air enters from the heating chamber at the rear of the main engine intermediate filtration.
The heater is heated to the temperature required for air inlet and enters the fluidized bed.
Material powder particles, in the raw material container (fluidized bed) is boiling fluidization state,
after the purification of the heated air preheating and mixing, the adhesive solution atomized spray into,
so that a number of particles gathered into the adhesive particles, due to the continuous drying of hot air material,

The vertical fluidized dryer is mainly composed of air inlet filtration system, air heating system,
main engine system, feeding and atomizing system, exhaust system and control system.

Raw material fluidized granulation bed: It is composed of skip car, barrel body, high density mat mesh, mirror and sampler, etc.

by givingenough boiling fluidization diffusion area to the material.
Top dust removal filter chamber: for different raw materials to use different dust removal methods, as far as possible to increase the yield.
