System Overview
Traditional concrete batching plants typically use bulk cement tankers with air blowers to transfer cement into silos. However, when bulk cement supply is unavailable—such as on remote islands or constrained sites—our bag cement feeding system offers a practical alternative with two main configurations.
Without Cement Silo Type
This cost-effective solution eliminates the need for cement storage silos:
- Composed of cement hopper and screw conveyor
- Manual bag loading with integrated bag-breaking knives
- Direct cement delivery to scale above concrete mixer
- Economical installation with simplified operation
Note: This configuration may generate dust during operation.
With Cement Silo Type
This advanced system includes cement storage capacity with two operational variants:
Automatic Type
High-efficiency automated processing for standard bag sizes:
- Components: belt conveyor, cement bag breaker, screw conveyor, pneumatic cement feeder
- Automated bag handling and breaking process
- Environmentally friendly operation with dust control
- Not suitable for oversized cement bags
Manual Type
Versatile solution capable of handling large cement bags:
- Components: cement hopper and pneumatic cement feeder
- Manual bag loading with mechanical assistance options
- Cost-effective operation with large bag capacity
