This fully automatic AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block plant machinery produces lightweight building blocks with daily capacity ranging from 50 to 1000 cubic meters. The production line transforms silicon-based materials into high-quality, porous concrete blocks through advanced automation and precision engineering.
AAC Block Technology & Advantages
Lightweight Construction Material
AAC blocks feature significantly reduced density (400-700 kg/m³) compared to traditional clay bricks (1600-2400 kg/m³) and conventional concrete. This lightweight property reduces structural load, minimizes foundation requirements, and enhances seismic resistance.
Thermal Insulation Performance
With thermal conductivity coefficients of 0.9-0.22 W/(m·K), AAC blocks provide exceptional insulation—approximately 4-5 times more effective than clay bricks—making them ideal for energy-efficient building construction.
