Working Process of the mesh belt drying machine
The mesh belt drying machine is usually equipped with a slitter, shredder or paver at the feed port of the drying chamber, and 2-3 layers of mesh belts are equipped in the drying chamber. Materials after shredding fall onto the mesh belt and transferred by the belts from top to bottom layer by layer. The hot air entering the drying chamber passes through the mesh belts and the materials from bottom to top, takes away the water, and return into the heat pump unit for dehumidification and heating from the upper return air outlet of the drying chamber, and then back to the drying chamber.
The box drying machine, or drying chamber for short, is provided with the door to facilitate the entry and exit of the material boxes or racks. The boxes and racks are designed and manufactured according to the material characteristics and drying amount. While the machine running, the dry and hot air passes through the boxes or racks from bottom to top to dry the materials.
According to the character that fresh coconut contains water, when belt dryer used for drying, the critical water content is
about 15%, that is constant speed drying is used before reaching the critical water content to remove free water, and after
reaching the critical water content, Speed droop dehydration is used to remove the bound water.

According to the general rules, an assembly line should have three working section ,they are pre-dry(1)constant speed dehydration
(2) Speed droop dehydration(3).During the process (1)and (2) 80% water can be removed, the temperature of raw material will be kept as hot and wet bulb temperature. During the process of (3)20% water can be removed, the temperature of raw material is close to the temperature of exhausted hot air .
