2HP low-temperature compression condensing unit adopts American scroll compressor, low noise and high stability. The refrigeration unit includes with condenser fan, Solenoid valve, ball valve, dry filter, pressure controller, high and low pressure gauge. 

Feature of Compressor

1. High volumetric efficiency: The pressure difference between the adjacent crescent-shaped spaces of the American scroll compressor is small, the leakage is small, there is no steam suction and exhaust valve, the resistance is small, and there is no re-expansion of the clearance volume.

2. High thermal insulation efficiency: Under the same ice water machine capacity, the American scroll compressor is about 10% higher than the reciprocating type.

3. Low noise: The moving parts such as the movable scroll and the main shaft of the American scroll compressor have little change in force, and the vibration of the whole machine is small.

4. Fewer components: American scroll compressors are about 40% of reciprocating compressors.

5. Light weight: The eccentric shaft driving the movable scroll can rotate at high speed, so the American Copeland compressor is small in size and light in weight, about 15% lighter than the reciprocating type.

• Yes. But the max compressor for single phase is 3HP. More than 3HP, it should be 3 phase.

3.Can the refrigeration unit be place outdoor?

• Yes. Our compressor condenser unit is box type. We still recommend building a shed for it, which will keep it safe from severe weather.

4.How's the package of shipment?

• The compressor condenser unit is packaged by wooden frame for safety shipment.

5.What's the payment terms?

• By T/T, 30% deposit, 70% will be paid before shipment.

6.What's the lead time?

• The production lead time is 30 working days, plus 30 days shipping time. Some countries will be longer for sailing.
