Introduction

Low-temperature walk in freezer refers to cold storage whose temperature is lower than -18 degrees. Low-temperature cold storage is generally used to store high-value goods that need to be stored for a long time. Due to the large temperature difference between the temperature in the low-temperature cold storage and the external environment (in hot summer, the temperature difference between inside and outside the cold storage will reach more than 70 degrees), generally low-temperature cold storage uses polyurethane cold storage insulation boards with a thickness greater than 150MM.

According to the different forms of cold storage evaporators, low-temperature cold storage is divided into low-temperature cold storage in the form of air coolers and low-temperature cold storage in the form of aluminum row. The low-temperature storage in the form of a cold storage air cooler has the advantages of fast cooling speed and convenient defrosting, and is generally suitable for occasions that require high cooling speed. The aluminum row low-temperature cold storage has the advantages of good heat preservation effect and low energy consumption, so it is widely used in large-scale low-temperature cold storage. Care should be taken in the design of the defrost control system when coil evaporators are used.

Due to the relatively large cooling consumption of low-temperature cold storage, piston cold storage compressors are mostly used in small low-temperature cold storage, while semi-hermetic screw cold storage compressors are used in large cold storage.

• Yes, some customers cannot use pre-cooling equipment due to economic or space problems and directly use cold storage equipment. However, it is recommended that the daily input volume should not exceed 10% of the design cold storage volume.

3.How to install the cold storage room / walk in freezer?

• Huaxian offers operation manual, online installation support service; Customer can find local team to install the cold room / freezer, or Huaxian sends technician to customer's site. 

4.What is the payment term?
