SS201 SS304 STAINLESS STEEL SCREWED THREADED FITTINGS WITH HEX PLUG
The Class 150 stainless steel 304 & 316 Hex. head Plug-150# cast NPT threaded pipe fittings are cast pipe fitting hex head plugs. Features male National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for closing the end of a female threaded pipe. Plugs insert into female pipes or fittings and connects with NPT threads, which create a tighter seal than straight threads. The hexagonal head allows for increased leverage and use with a wrench during installation and disassembly.
- Use with air, water, oil, natural gas, steam
- NPT and FNPT threads conform to ASME B1.20.1
- Maximum Pressure: 300 psi @ 72° F; 150 psi @ 366°F for steam
- Maximum Steam Pressure: 150 psi
- Stainless castings conform to ASTM A351 ACI Grade CF8 (304) & ACI Grade CF8M (316)
