The 304 stainless steel cable slide rail system consists of three parts: flat flexible cable, four-wheel trolley for carrying the cable and guide rail. The flat flexible cable is made of non-flammable material (Nitronitrile or silicone rubber), which can be used indoors and outdoors and places exposed to oil pollution. It has certain weather resistance, and has the advantages of smaller bending radius and longer life than round cables. The track is formed by one-time cold drawing of non-stainless steel plate to ensure the accuracy of the track section size, replacing the unsafe angle steel and other conductive methods, heavy weight, dust accumulation on indoor sliding lines, and short lines caused by outdoor freezing, which affect the use , The unit length of the track is 4~6m, using coupler connectors or flange connectors (flange connectors need to be welded on the guide rail but the trolley has better passability), and can be extended to any length as required.
