Crane trolley line installation and acceptance standards and specifications

1. Bracket

• It should be treated with anti-corrosion.
• It should be welded continuously.
• The installation is firm and the positions of the installation holes are consistent.

2.Suspension parts: the position is correct, the installation is firm, and the quantity is compounded.

3.The main body of the trolley line

• The gap between the protective shell and the conductor is ≤2mm.
• Straightness: allowable difference with the height of the track center <±15mm.
• Straightness: The vertical tolerance of the track center is less than ±15mm.
• Twisting degree: ﹤15mm/10m.

4.Retractor:

• .The quantity meets the regulations.
• The gap distance should meet the theoretical expansion and contraction caused by the maximum temperature difference at the installation site.

5. Bracket bracket

Single wire "H" type ≤ 1.5M below 300A, ≤ 3M above 400A.

Multi-line seamless sliding contact line type 1.0-1.5M.

Conduit type 1.0-1.5M.

Cable pulley type 1.0-2.0M.

The distance between arc section brackets should be <1.0M according to the site conditions.

6. Fasteners: fastening

The torque of the nut should meet the manufacturer's recommended value. Recommended value: M10-28NM, M8-12NM, M6-6.5NM VII. Collector

• The square steel frame is firmly welded, and the vertical tolerance between the center line and the sliding contact line is ±3mm.
• The size of the square steel bracket and the trolley line should ensure that the movable arm of the collector is parallel to the main body of the trolley line, with a tolerance of ±3mm.
• The plane of the current collector and the trolley line slides smoothly, meeting the specified pressure.

7. Power incoming line: The incoming line end is firm and must not bear tension.
