Our producing process:

- Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
- Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
- Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's requirements.
- After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument.
- After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the surface treatment process.
- After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can
  make sure the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
- After finish testing we will pack the parts.

Packing & Shipping

Fine and safe packaging used for your products to assure no any damages during transportation.
1. Standard export packaging:
PE film coating+Waterproof plastic film+Wooden Pallet or Wooden Case;
2. Customized packaging as your request (Logo or other contents accepted to be printed on the packaging);
3. Other special packaging will be designed as customer’s request;
4. By International Express: DHL/UPS/FEDEX and our own express line;
5. By air or By sea.
