FANUC Small 6 Axis Robot LR Mate 200iD/7L 7KG Payload 911 Mm Reach

 

The FANUC Lr Mate 200id 7L is a longer reach version of the FANUC Lr Mate 200id. The FANUC Lr Mate 200id/7L robot is designed for smaller automated material handling and robotic assembly applications. The size of the Lr Mate 200id/7L makes this robot optimal for extremely small table top applications that require a longer reach. It is also the perfect articulated robot for FANUC teaching cells. This six axis robot is the successor to the high speed FANUC LR Mate 200ic/5L. The Lr Mate 200id-7L has the same structure and build as the FANUC Arc mate 50iD 7L , which is used in arc welding applications. This industrial robot is available in the FANUC R-30iB Mate controller.

This FANUC mini robot will typically be integrated with a small pnuematic gripper. Options for this mini industrial robot include robotic vision and force sensors. The LRmate 200id/7L is also available in a clean room model which is perfect for laboratory and food applications. This FANUC little robot is similar in reach and payload capacity to the ABB IRB 140, Motoman MH5 and the KUKA KR6 R900. Applications requiring a larger payload or reach will want to use the FANUC M10ia instead. Robotic applications that do not require the extended reach will want to use the standard FANUC Lr Mate 200id.
