How to Use TPU DTF Hot Melt Powder:

1. Step 1: Print the Design

   • Print your design onto DTF transfer film using DTF inks with a compatible DTF printer.
   • Make sure to mirror the image, especially for designs with text.

2. Step 2: Apply TPU Hot Melt Powder

   • While the printed film is still wet, apply TPU DTF Hot Melt Powder evenly over the design. Use a powder shaker for even distribution or apply it manually for smaller production runs.
   • Shake off any excess powder to avoid uneven coating.

3. Step 3: Cure the Powder

   • Cure the film with the powder using a heat press or oven. Apply heat at 160-180°C (320-350°F) for 2-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of the design.
   • Ensure the powder has fully melted and bonded to the print.

4. Step 4: Transfer to Fabric

   • Place the cured film onto your fabric and apply heat with a heat press at 160-170°C (320-340°F) for 10-15 seconds.
   • Once the print is transferred, peel off the film while it is still warm.

5. Step 5: Final Cool Down

   • Allow the fabric to cool before use. The design should now be vibrant, soft, and highly durable.
