The multi-way valve/distribution valve of the excavator is mainly composed of the following valve blocks: electromagnetic reversing valve, overflow valve, one-way valve, and throttle valve.
The function of each valve block in the multi-way valve/distribution valve of the excavator:
Reversing valve: control the oil in and out of the boom and forearm cylinders, the oil in and out of the travel motor of the rotary motor, and the oil in and out of the bulldozer production cylinder.
Relief valve: There are main relief valve and root relief valve. The main relief valve controls the system pressure, and the root relief valve is related to the control mode of the system, positive and negative control.
Check valve: controls the flow of hydraulic oil in one direction.
Throttle valve: Control the flow of hydraulic oil.
