Product Description

Working principle
The working principle of the air filtration pressure reducing valve is relatively simple, which mainly consists of four parts: filtration, pressure reduction, regulation, and emission.
1. Filtration: The first part of the work of the air filtration pressure reducing valve is filtration, which can filter out impurities such as particles in the air source.
2. Pressure reduction: Along one side of the pipeline structure, it reduces the air source pressure to within the regulated pressure, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the control of the pneumatic control valve.
3. Adjustment: The third part of the air filtration pressure reducing valve is adjustment, which involves setting the required pressure value for fine-tuning.
4. Emission: The last part of the air filtration pressure reducing valve is emission, which eliminates faults such as gas diaphragm failure caused by incomplete pressure reduction.
