Dry-ground resin type liquid sealing hardener (concrete hardener) is a professional solution for enhancing concrete surfaces. This product creates a durable, shiny surface with optimal waterproofing and hardness properties.
The construction area should be separated by red and white safety ropes with warning signs posted at entrances/exits. All equipment connections must be completed and checked by maintenance workers or electricians. Properly place construction equipment and restrict access to authorized personnel only.
Repair original ground broken pits using epoxy resin or high-strength special repair mortar. Smooth and compact damaged areas, then use alloy steel bits to check ground flatness. Finally, polish the entire ground surface with diamond grinding heads.
Required tools: grinders, hand grinders, industrial vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops, batching buckets, resin grinding discs, scouring pads, hand trailers and sprayers.
Thoroughly clean the concrete floor with water or broom. For poor ground foundations, remove loose concrete surface layers with iron grinding blades. New concrete must complete curing period before application. Repair holes and cracks with epoxy resin and quartz mortar.
For concrete floors: use diamond head to open surface (mesh number depends on requirements). For emery floors: open with resin sheet directly. Dry grinding uses 50, 100, and 200 mesh dry grinding blades. Water grinding uses 50, 150, and 300 mesh dry grinding discs.
Mix resin-based curing agent with water at 1:2 ratio (1 barrel material + 2 barrels water). Add to clean water and stir well.
After ground is completely dry, spread material evenly. Push material with mop or water scraper for full penetration. Ensure ground is dry for maximum absorption. Soaking time is approximately 1 hour.
When ground is completely dry, polish with 400 mesh resin dry grinding disc. Grind evenly without missing spots. Use hand grinder for corners. Clean dust after grinding.
Polish with 800 mesh resin grinding disc or dry grinding No. 4 piece. Clean with mop after sanding.
Polish with 1500 mesh resin grinding plate or No. 4 piece for beautiful, bright finish. Clean with industrial vacuum cleaner.
Spray brightener evenly and polish with high-speed polishing machine and scouring pad. Creates shiny, waterproof surface with optimal hardness within 7 days.
Avoid acidic cleaners which can damage the surface. Although sealing hardeners enhance stain resistance, acidic substances can leave marks. Clean spills immediately. Regular maintenance cleaning enhances surface shine.
