Vacuum oil injection equipment for High Voltage amorphous alloy transformers

Application scope:

The vacuum oiling equipment for amorphous alloy transformers is mainly used for vacuum oiling treatment of amorphous transformers and various oil immersed transformers (drying functions can be added according to the characteristics of the products).

Since its establishment in 1992, our company has been committed to the research and development of vacuum oil injection equipment process and equipment configuration. In 1994, we successfully developed the vacuum drying oil injection equipment for high-voltage transformers; In 2003, we successfully developed an amorphous alloy vacuum oiling equipment and put it into operation at Shanghai Zhixin Electric; In 2005, we successfully developed a vacuum oil injection equipment for locomotive traction transformers and put it into operation at CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Factory. In 2013, we successively developed various special vacuum oil injection equipment and put it into operation at major enterprises such as Changzha Bombardier, Henan Senyuan Electric, and Jiangsu ABB.

National standard for vacuum oil injection equipment for amorphous alloy core transformers (JB/T 12010-2014)

National standard for "Vacuum Drying and Oil Injection Equipment for High Voltage Transformer" (JB/T 12011-2014)

Three industry standards, including the national standard "Integrated Vacuum Oiling Equipment" (JB/T 12012-2014), have been issued and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
